Chillaire Ltd designed, selected and installed into a server room in Burton upon Trent, installing a Mitsubishi Electric wall mounted indoor unit and air source heat pump air conditioning outdoor unit. This option will help combat heat load calculated and provide the relevant amount of sensible cooling required at any time by using the built-in inverter drive technology. The system constantly monitors the room temperature and ramps up / down to provide the required cooling throughout the day.
When required, it will provide reverse cycle air source heat pump heating in the same manner during winter months, a more economical heating solution compared to traditional electric heating systems.
The solution we offered and installed the Mitsubishi Electric single split system operates off its own dedicated controller.

Externally the Chillaire Limited engineers installed an air source heat pump air conditioning unit at ground level on pvc condenser blocks and secured it into place. The indoor and outdoor units were then connected with refrigerant pipes and electrical cables.

From start to finish, the project was completed within a few days and was managed by Chillaire Limited project managers and the office project team, who provided the project plan, H&S documentation and arranged the logistics required for the project.
